2. Processing & Dispatch Time

• Standard Orders: Small items like MCBs, Relays, and Accessories are typically processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours.
• Industrial Equipment: Large items such as ACBs, MCCBs (Bulk), and VFDs may require 2-3 business days for technical inspection and secure palletized packaging before dispatch.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

• Major Cities: 2 to 4 business days.
• Other Regions: 4 to 7 business days.
• Note: Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, or logistics delays beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the products and the delivery location.
• For High-Value Bulk Orders, customized shipping quotes can be arranged through our WhatsApp support.

5. Handling of Heavy Equipment

7. Warehouse Pickup (Self-Collection)

Customers who wish to collect their orders directly can visit the Zamteq Electric (Pvt.) Ltd. warehouse facility after receiving an "Order Ready for Pickup" notification. Please contact us in advance to schedule your collection.
